"A picture is worth a thousand words." That's true, but a moving picture (with audio) is worth a whole lot more. We're capitalizing on that by our Chart In Focus VIDEO, which highlights important movements in various indicators that we follow. Each presentation will be a Flash-based popup that uses audio and video to go over the indicator, what it has meant historically, and what it may mean going forward. This is a much better instructional aid than a simple chart with some writing on it. We hope you enjoy these presentations and find them useful. As always, we welcome your feedback and suggestions.
Please make sure you have the sound turned up on your PC Can't Hear the Sound? These presentations require the free Flash browser plug-in. Most browsers come with these popular plug-ins already installed, but if you do not already have these free plug-ins, you may need to get the latest version before you will be able to see the video and/or hear the audio featured on our website. To get the Flash plug-in, please visit this page: http://www.adobe.com/shockwave/download/download.cgi?P1_Prod_Version=ShockwaveFlash&promoid=BIOW Remember, even after you download the plug-in, you may still need to install it. Unfortunately, it is impossible for us to troubleshoot your particular system. If you have Flash properly installed, and your system is capable of delivering sound, you should be able to see and hear the videos...please make sure the volume is turned up and the speakers are plugged in! Please note that Flash is not our product, so please don't ask us to support them. For help with Flash, please contact Adobe: If you have downloaded AND installed Flash, the next question is whether or not the Flash "movie" is playing. If you see changing words with buttons below them, the movie is playing, but the sound isn't getting to your speakers. Try turning the volume up or plugging in the speakers. If the movies are not playing at all, and you are using IE Explorer as your browser, you might consider taking the following steps: Tools-->Internet Options--> Security Tab --> Custom Level --> Reset to "Medium" Advanced Tab --> Restore Defaults After you have made these adjustments, TURN YOUR COMPUTER OFF. Then, restart your computer and try again. If you still have problems, we *strongly* suggest that you consider switching browsers and try Firefox. If you have a Mac and are using Safari browser, and you cannot get the sound to work, consider the Firefox browser.
