Small business optimism is rebounding after crashing during the coronavirus lockdowns.

Small business optimism crashed earlier this year as the U.S. locked down. Now that lockdowns have been lifted, small business optimism is rebounding. (It's yet to be seen how a resurgence in coronavirus cases will impact small business optimism).
